Signed - Thomas Maysmor of Ashbourne in the Co. of Derby, Draper; Richard Matthew of the city of Lichfield, Yeoman; and John Doe, gentleman. James Thomas Law, Clerk.

1846 History Gazetteer & Directory of Derbyshire:- Maysmor Thomas, Linen & Woollen Drapers, and Hatters and Stamp Office, St. John Street, Ashbourne. 10 Dec. 1877 Admin of the effects of Ellen Maysmor, formerly of Duffield but late of Borrowash, who died 21 Nov. 1877 at Borrowash, granted to Thomas Maysmor, husband. Revoked by Registrars' Order 13 March 1878. Limited Probate of a will dated 22 June 1869 granted at the Principal Registry March 1878. WILL was proved by Ralph Oakden of Freshwater in the Isle of Wight, gentleman and sole executor. Probate being granted under certain Limitations. Admin granted at Derby 1877 having been revoked.
