Ref:- Royal College of Surgeons of England - Richard Powell Maysmor was examined by this College on 5 April 1822 and gained his Diploma of Membership; no address was recorded and he paid fees of £22. He is first in College lists at no address, then from 1824 at Teddington. The 1840 list of apothecaries includes his name and address - Ashburn, Derbyshire, LSA on 15 May 1817. His name appears in the 1845 Medical Directory as 'R.P. Maysmore - A. 1817 Ashburn'. His name is last in our College lists of Members in the 1840 list at address - 'Teddington'.
