| Sampson Roe never married. On the 1851 census, he was a lodger at a house in Macclesfield, Cheshire. By 1861 he had followed his three brothers, John, Francis and Joseph and his sister, Sarah to Manchester working as a servant at Moss house Farm, Withington, Manchester. He isn't on the 1871 census and he died in the Ashbourne district of Derbyshire in 1877. | ||||||
