Edith signed as a witness to the marriage of her brother, Arthur Gregory KAY and Alice Maud GREENHILL in 1894. She lived at 39 Zetland Road Mont Albert in 1928-1970. Emma had Power of attorney for Emma BIESKE 19 Jan 1929, for the settlement for the Estate of James Frederick KAY. In her Will she left $400 to her granddaughter, Brenda ROWAN, and the balance of her Estate was shared between her suviving children. The total value of her Estate was $18, 785.50, which included the matrimonial home at 39 Zetland Road Mont Albert. This house required considerable rrenovation It still had an antiquated wood fired copper in the laundry, in 1971.
