Note: Many people have Herfast as son of Gorm, but the dates would indicate that he was a son of a younger brother. In addition Gorm, according to the Royal Families of Scandinavia, is known to have only two sons: Knut, who died abt 936, & Harald Bluetooth, who possibly killed his older brother.
