Her brother Norman married Dorothy Nowill, the daughter of Ernest Nowill of Hatton Garden, London. Marian died at Newquay, Cornwall, under very curious circumstances, connected (it is thought) with a lover. It was in the newspapers at the time. She was the first cousin once removed of Bradley Nowill's wife Christine (née Foster).2
