1881, living at Near Blackbrook, Hope, Flintshire. From Denise Hunt:1861 census shows Ellen Ankers b 1784 living with her son John Ankers born 1822 and grandaughter Emma Barnett 1846. Interestingly if you then look for James Ankers b1841 he is staying in Rusholme in 1861 with Sarah Barnett b 1824 kinnerton who I'm assuming is his aunt? Sarah is married to Charles Barnett 1821 b hanover Hampshire, daughter Mary Ann 1849 b kinnerton . By 1871 Sarah is a widow living as a lodger in 2 Lady Barn Avenue Withington with Mary Ann Salmon age 22 (who I assume is her married daughter and Sarah Salmon age 2. Sarah 1824 is working as a luandress.
