Ann Rowe of Parwidge (co. Derby), widow, and John Rowe the elder, of the same, yeoman, to Sampson Stubbes of Butterton (co. Staffs), yeoman, and John Tomlenson of Parwidge, husbandman. A messuage with two cottages, and closes, etc., called Pitts close, Haslowemshawe, lands in Sitterlowfield, three beast-gates in Hackeslowe and half a beast-gate and 40 sheep-gates on Parwidge moor, to uses expressed in a deed of 12th June last, in consideration of a marriage to be had between John Rowe, son and heir of Ann, and Ann Stubbes, daughter of Ellen Stubbes of Butterton, widow.
